Bio: Harrison has had a passion for fitness for as long as he can remember. From wrestling to rugby and distance running to weightlifting he has gained significant knowledge from each that he hopes to pass on to others. He was immediately drawn to Sproing for its ability to provide an intense yet low impact workout. As an ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor, Harrison enjoys being the link participants use to take their workout to the next level of intensity.

Thing nobody knows about me: I once had really long hair (shoulder length)
Favorite thing about Sproing: The versatility and quickness at which you can change moves. That ability is just not possible on a conventional treadmill.
Hidden talent / prior career: Professional pizza maker.. I’m not kidding I worked at multiple pizza places throughout high school and college.
